I am based in Germany. My work brings together UDL, asset-based pedagogies and the thoughtful use of accessible technologies.

I began my career teaching students who are blind and low vision and spent sixteen years at an IB international school as Secondary School Learning Support Coordinator.
In 2025, I received the CAST UDL Anne Meyer Design Award.
Today, as an educator and consultant, I work alongside schools and learning organisations around the world. I co-created LUDIA, an AI thought partner for UDL, and built the no-cost Aiming for ALL Accessibility Collection and UDL Resources.
I build choice into the professional learning I lead. At Hong Kong Academy, people chose to reflect on their own or talk through the question with colleagues.

Barriers exist in the design of learning experiences and environments, not in learners. Together, we can identify barriers and reduce them.
No two learners are alike. I design for that variability from the start, so that learners find access, challenge and belonging. When we design for the edges, we foster the agency of every learner.
